  • Production Time: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, allow 2–5 business days for arrival
  • Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order hits the road

We package every item with care. Tees ship in tamper-resistant poly mailers, and larger orders arrive in reinforced boxes—because your brew-worthy merch should land in perfect condition.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our gear. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Please send pictures of the item—we’ll review and resolve it fast

To start a claim, email support@brevitybrew.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please check our sizing charts carefully)

  • Carrier delays once shipped
  • Claims submitted after the 14-day window

⏳ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be underway, and we can’t guarantee cancellation.
