All Brevity Brew products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns for sizing issues, fit preferences, or change of mind.

What we cover: We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item or size.

How to qualify: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, claims will not be accepted.
